Official Class Rings

The great tradition of The University of Texas at El Paso now exists in more than our memories. We have taken the unique qualities of the school and incorporated them into a classic icon that identifies the wearer as a graduate of The University of Texas at El Paso. The official ring is reserved exclusively for graduates of UTEP and seniors who have completed at least 90 credit hours.

Recognizing the need for an ongoing symbol to represent the honor and traditions of the University, the UTEP Alumni Association helped create the Official Ring of The University of Texas at El Paso. We have distilled the essence of UTEP into a classic icon that identifies the wearer as a person of excellence, an individual of integrity and leadership, and a graduate of UTEP.

Capturing the uniqueness of UTEP, each ring design showcases the University Seal on top. Only the Official Ring makes the statement that the wearer has met the academic standards of the University. The Official Class Ring is reserved exclusively for senior students in good standing, and graduates of the University. The rings are distributed by the President of the Alumni Association during the Official Ring Ceremony each semester.
